Resident Advisory Board (RAB) members are public housing residents tasked with advising Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) on policies, rules, and annual plans. RABs provide essential input on management, modernization, and resident needs.

Composition: RABs consist of volunteers from various properties, including seniors, families, people with disabilities and any other who represent the resident living in a particular area.

Role & Function: Members facilitate the collaboration between residents and housing authority staff, ensuring resident input influences policies like building improvements supportive services.
