Calhoun Housing Authority is dedicated to providing low-income public housing to Calhoun, GA.

Located in Calhoun, GA, Calhoun Housing Authority is a low-income HUD Subsidized public housing agency.  This means that our rents are based on income so that we can provide housing to people who many not otherwise be able to afford it.

We are an equal opportunity authority and don't discriminate based on race, religion, age, or anything else.  Our housing is provided to those that qualify for subsidized housing based on standards released by HUD and availability.  Availability is determined by open units, and then by waiting list which is ran based on when someone applies and what bedroom count they qualify for to provide equal opportunity.

Our waiting list isn't always open, and opens periodically when more applicants are needed.  Wait times vary based on available units and we do NOT provide emergency housing.
